Forkman
Anders Forkman has a broad experience of working with domestic and international business law issues. This includes, among other things, corporate matters, commercial contractual matters and mergers and acquisitions. Anders' practice is particularly focused on real estate, ranging from planning, development and establishment to real estate transfers, commercial leases and other rights of us. He assists clients in negotiations and cases with municipalities, courts and other authorities.
Among the industries Anders Forkman has advised are real estate, energy companies, hospitality, manufacturing, forestry and the public sector.
Anders Forkman is a frequent speaker at Swedish and international seminars and is a regular author of the Swedish contribution to the ABA Year in Review, International Contract Law.
