Azelius

Krister Azelius has focused on dispute resolution in various forms since 1996. Krister acts as both counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. He has acted under the rules of several institutions, including, SCC (Stockholm), ICC (Paris), LCIA (London), CARICI (Geneva), DIS (Germany) and Copenhagen Arbitration (Copenhagen). Krister also represents clients in commercial litigation before the general courts in Sweden on a regular basis, which has also come to include trials before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
Furthermore, Krister is both privately and professionally involved in the world of sports. He has - in addition to disputes (normally under the sport's regulatory system, but also in general court) and contract negotiations (with sponsors, athletes as well as partners) - held positions as a member of several Swedish sports organizations.
