Fredrik
Christiansson
Fredrik Christiansson has for almost 16 years represented, among others, venture capital companies, funds and Nordic and global banks with banking and finance-related business law issues. This has given Fredrik a very broad experience in complex cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on project financing in the real estate and energy sectors, asset financing in the aviation and shipping industries, as well as various types of structured financing solutions such as leasing, factoring and various types of securitizations. Fredrik also has good experience of corporate bonds and financial regulatory issues.
In addition to his specific expertise in banking and finance-related issues, Fredrik works regularly with general corporate law issues, commercial agreements and company acquisitions.
