Lotta Knapp
Lönroth

Lotta Knapp Lönroth is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and represents companies and owners in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on international arbitration and disputes with significant economic value. Her work includes disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture relationships, supply and license agreements and technology-related issues. She also represents plaintiffs in large-scale class action litigation.

Prior to joining Azelius & Partners, she was senior in-house counsel at a major specialty chemicals company, where she led the governance, risk and compliance work and managed legal risks. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at another law firm. She has also worked as a lawyer at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and served as a notary at Lund District Court.

Who's Who Legal and Global Arbitration Review have recognized her as a Future Leader in Arbiration (2021-23). She holds certifications in AI and law and data protection (gdpr). She is a board member of Young Arbitrators Copenhagen, moderates and lectures on dispute resolution issues and mentors young practitioners. Lotta works in Swedish and English.
