Lotta Knapp
Lönroth
Lotta Knapp Lönroth is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and represents companies and owners in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on international arbitration and disputes with significant economic value. Her work includes disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture relationships, supply and license agreements and technology-related issues. She also represents plaintiffs in large-scale class action litigation.
Before joining Azelius & Partners, she was a senior in-house counsel at a major specialty chemicals company, where she led efforts related to governance, risk, and compliance and managed legal risks. Prior to that, she spent just over a decade at another law firm. She has also worked as a lawyer at the SCC Arbitration Institute and completed her notary internship at Lund District Court.
Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal) has recognized her as a Future Leader in Arbitration (2021–23 and 2025) and as Recommended in Arbitration (2025). She holds certifications in AI and law as well as data protection (GDPR). She is currently enrolled in the Arbitration Training Program organized by the SCC and SAA, moderates and lectures on topics related to dispute resolution, and mentors younger practitioners.
